I’m an award-winning user experience designer with over 10 years expertise covering mobile and desktop interaction and visual design, user research, animation, and front-end coding and prototyping. I currently work as a UX design lead at New York Public Radio (WNYC) and my previous clients include Apple, Athenahealth, Evian, Perrier, BMW, Lumen Eclipse Public Art Project, and The National Bureau of Economic Research. I have also worked as a UX design advisor for high-ranking international advertising agencies including BBDO and Ogilvy.
I have a masters degree from NYU’s Interactive Telecommunication Program (ITP) where I focused on wearable technology and persuasive design as it relates to health. My artwork has been featured in Siggraph, Vogue Magazine, Wired, the BBC, this book and this one too.
I've also created illustrations for WNYC and Apple, amongst others. I'm currently working on illustrations for a children's book.
I was born in Ireland, raised in Lawrence, Kansas, and now live in Brooklyn (by way of a few other places). I'm available for commissions, freelance work, collaborations, or just for a chat. Reach out!
